Improved Corrosion Resistance of Selective Laser Melted Ti–5Cu Alloy Using Atomized Ti–5Cu Powder

The different types of metal powder used for selective laser melting(SLM) process would cause distinct corrosion behavior due to the uniformity of the obtained microstructure.The SLM-produced Ti–5Cu alloy using atomized Ti–5Cu metal powder(SLMed Ti–5Cu) in this work reveals a relatively uniform microstructure with overwhelming acicular α/α′ phase and shows great advantages on corrosion resistance compared with the SLM-produced Ti–5Cu alloy using the mixture powder(SLMedM Ti–5Cu).The effect of the micro-galvanic cells decreases due to the undetectable Ti_2Cu phase in the microstructure of the SLMed Ti–5Cu.An apparent passivation behavior was observed for SLMed Ti–5Cu instead of severe pitting phenomenon for the SLMed-M Ti–5Cu.The charge transfer resistance of SLMed Ti–5Cu in this work is 10.09 ± 2.63 MΩ cm~2, which is significantly higher than that of SLMed-M Ti–5Cu(4.76 MΩ cm~2).The above result indicates the atomized Ti–5Cu powder plays an important role in the formation of the uniform microstructure of SLMed product, thereby enhancing its corrosion resistance in Hank's solution at 37 ℃.     

18F-NaF注射液的制备及新西兰兔骨折显像

由外伤或肿瘤骨转移造成的隐匿性骨折和愈合情况的准确诊断对制定合适的治疗方案具有非常重要的意义。为考查¹⁸F-NaF PET显像用于骨折诊断的诊断效能，本研究制备了¹⁸F-NaF注射液，并对其进行了质量控制和稳定性研究，然后建立新西兰兔骨折动物模型，模型建立约2周后进行了¹⁸F-NaF PET显像和⁹⁹Tc^m-亚甲基二磷酸盐（⁹⁹Tc^m-MDP）SPECT显像的自身对照实验，并对显像效果进行了比较。结果表明：¹⁸F-NaF的产量大于37 GBq，各项检验结果均符合质控要求，40 ℃下放置8 h和30 ℃下放置10 h所有检验结果均无明显变化；¹⁸F-NaF PET和⁹⁹Tc^m-MDP SPECT两种显像方式均可见全身骨骼，骨折部位呈明显放射性浓聚，但¹⁸F-NaF给药后30 min即可进行PET显像，骨折部位显示更为清晰，骨折部位与对侧正常骨骼的放射性摄取比（T/NT）明显高于⁹⁹Tc^m-MDP，而⁹⁹Tc^m-MDP需在给药后2 h才能进行SPECT显像。本研究表明¹⁸F-NaF PET对骨折的显像性能优于⁹⁹Tc^m-MDP，可明显提高检查流通量和诊断效能。

Selective Coating of SnS on the Bio‐Inspired Moth‐Eye Patterned PEDOT:PSS Polymer Films

A new strategy for the selective coating of tin sulfide (SnS) on the surface of moth‐eye patterned (MEP) conducting polymer film is studied by considering the optical properties of the antireflective moth‐eye pattern and flexibility of polymer films. The semiconductor SnS is selectively coated on the surface of MEP microdomes of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrene‐sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) film. The SnS coated MEP film is obtained by using pore selectively SnS thin layer functionalized polystyrene honeycomb‐patterned porous (HCP) film as a template. Aqueous PEDOT:PSS solution is poured on the SnS functionalized HCP films and detached for the fabrication of SnS coated MEP films. The films show a satisfactory photo‐responsive property under solar stimulated light illumination due to the antireflective MEP structure of PEDOT film and homogenous SnS coating on the surface of the conducting polymer.     

基于EFEN-SP3方法的pin-by-pin中子动力学计算方法研究

为能直接给出安全分析所需的最热棒功率而不引入组件均匀化近似和精细功率重构近似，本文研究了基于栅元均匀化的pin-by-pin中子动力学计算方法。通过全隐式向后差分对多群时空中子动力学方程组的时间变量进行离散，采用指数函数展开节块-SP₃（EFEN-SP₃）方法求解含裂变介质的多群中子固定源方程组，通过高阶源展开技术消除了中子源分布与缓发中子先驱核分布形状不一致的问题。采用Ks因子、LW外推和粗网再平衡等加速技术提高计算效率。三维pin-by-pin中子动力学问题的数值结果表明：pin-by-pin中子动力学计算能直接给出单棒功率密度分布；高阶源展开技术可有效抑制计算偏差随时间步的累加效应；加速技术可将SP₃动力学计算的求解速度提高134.9倍。     

MC尼龙重载承压地板井下巷道铺设工艺研究

我国煤矿井下无轨运输混凝土路面铺设成本高，并且受开采应力、巷道底板地质条件等影响，其应用受到限制。重载车辆的频繁碾压极易使路面发生损坏，从而影响正常开采效率还带来高昂的维护费用。为解决这一问题，采用MC尼龙重载承压地板代替传统混凝土铺设路面，进行了MC尼龙重载承压地板井下巷道铺设的工艺研究。通过对承压板井下铺设方案的制定、承压地板型式的研发、地板的整体连接及稳定性研发等，实现了高效的作业效率，更为安全、清洁的作业环境以及更低的成本，进而达到了“以塑代混凝土”的实际示范意义。该铺设工艺为井下无轨运输的采区路面、工作面搬家通道、临时路面以及其他应急路面、硐室地板的应用提供了良好的方案借鉴。     

以产业发展推动乡村振兴的对策探讨

通过乡村振兴,提高农民生活水平,达到产业兴旺、乡风文明、生活富足的主要目标,是农村经济的主要发展发向。产业发展是乡村振兴的基础,只有在产业发展中使乡村经济激活,才能带领广大农民实现脱贫致富。在产业发展的过程中,需要调节好政府与市场的关系,保证生产要素能够流入到农村中来,同时加强农村的基础设施建设,提高经营主体的综合素质,加强产业融合,不断发展新兴特色产业,最终推动乡村振兴。文章主要论述了农村产业发展中存在的一些问题以及对策。     

Ultrafine porous boron nitride nanofiber-toughened WC composites

Porous fibers are widely used in catalysis chemistry and hydrogen storage but are rarely used in structural ceramics. In this study, spark plasma sintering was used to prepare an ultrafine porous boron nitride nanofiber-toughened WC composite for the first time. The obtained WC-0.05 wt% ultrafine porous boron nitride nanofiber composites exhibited better properties (ie, a 2.3% increase in hardness and a 19.6% increase in fracture toughness) compared to those of the pure WC specimen. The fiber porosity improved the second phase-WC matrix microstructural combination. The described approach is a novel preparation method for the WC composites. Furthermore, a new toughening mechanism, which is based on “pinning and stretching”, was determined. These findings suggest that porous boron nitride fibers can be considered to be second phases for toughening the WC composites.

在塔设备的教学中,塔内件的拆装演示是一种高效的教学手段,能使学生直观地了解塔内结构,并深入认识机械构件之间的匹配关系和工程实施细节。利用SolidWorks软件建立仿真塔设备模型平台,可以实现3D视频教学。特别是内构件的动态拆装演示可使学生完全沉浸到情景学习状态之中,深度了解塔设备结构,建立“工艺装备一体化”的思想。此外,仿真教学可以进行多方案对比和错误案例分析,从根本上改变传统的塔设备教学理念。
